’ more like annoyed. ’ distracted, anything but interested ( or so he told himself ). miki honestly doesn’t have a lot of patience for this light thing. was there ever a time when he even chased one?tried to tackle light? maybe when he was a tiny little child. ‘ how about, no. if you keep toying with me using it, you’ll find that i’ll pounce at something else. ’ like him, for example. & not in a friendly or romantic way. more like i’ll claw your eyes out way.

Kaeto clicked the light off and sighed as he stuffed it back in his pocket, only because he didn’t feel like provoking this feisty cat guy into attacking him. “I mean, if you wanna keep lying to yourself that badly,” he said, apparently forlorn, “then I can’t stop you.” Of course, even friendly contact would be taken as a threat, so he avoided that too. As a result, he remained passive enough to avoid fights but snarky enough to avoid friendships. So far, it worked fairly well.
